Our three day course covers baby reflexology, baby massage and toddler reflexology. A comprehensive training for qualified reflexologists. Giving you all the tools and skills needed to run baby reflexology, baby massage and toddler reflexology workshops and 1-1's.
Baby Reflex, Baby Reflexage and Toddler Reflex is Accredited by the FHT. Baby and Toddler Reflex is CPD approved by the Association of Reflexologists.

This course is designed to equip you with all the practical knowledge and resources necessary to effectively apply Baby Reflexology, Toddler Reflexology, and Baby Massage techniques in your role as a parent, caregiver, or professional reflexologist.

Baby Reflexage. Here, you'll learn about the history of baby massage, its benefits, Baby development, the importance of movement, identifying and reading baby cues, parental and caregiver support, completing consultations, precautions and guidelines, contraindications, and much more! You will receive a training pack with a comprehensive handbook, parent guides, and charts to support your and your parents' learning. We provide all the tools you need to start from the ground up and running.

Baby Reflex. It is a fantastic course where you will learn about the founder, Jenny Lee, the excellent research she completed and how it was instrumental in the development of Baby Reflex. You will be provided with the tools to deliver treatments to babies and children as well as the skills & resources to teach parents. Classes can be done in groups or 1-1's. We discuss the importance of creating bespoke foot maps to meet the needs of the baby and caregiver where necessary. There are so many ways to integrate this learning into your current business. The content is flexible, and we are passionate that it is not a one-size-fits-all approach. Every baby is unique, every family is unique, and every home environment will be unique, so our classes must be too!

Toddler Reflex. It is a beautiful, fun and interactive course where you will learn about working with this age group, developmental changes and the best ways to engage using hand reflexology. We combine techniques with fabulous and well-known nursery rhymes. Our techniques are also great to use on older children. We remove the Nursery rhymes and replace them with visualisations and meditations. Again, being adaptable is the key when working with babies and children, so we are passionate about providing content that enables you to do this.

What will I be qualified to do?
Once you have completed the training you will become a qualified Baby Reflex, Toddler Reflex and Baby Reflexage Practitioner. This will enable you to teach parents and (for qualified reflexologists only) treat babies using Baby & Toddler reflex in your own practice..

This fantastic course is designed to support qualified reflexologists who wish to run baby & toddler reflexology & massage classes, 1-1 or online workshops to parents, grandparents and guardians.

Once you have completed the course, you will receive a licence agreement to print parent guides and foot maps for your classes or 1:1s.
What additional work will be required of me?
You will be assessed over two or three days, depending on what training you attend, we do not require case studies or microteaching for our in-person courses.
